Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping on all Decor products.

Decor orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any applicable import duties and customs charges are excluded in the purchase price, meaning additional duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery.

 

We only ship Fragrance products within the US at this time.

For US orders, we ship via UPS and USPS.  

 

Delivery Times

Orders for fragrance products available in stock will be shipped within 1 week excluding holidays. 

Orders for decor products available in stock will be shipped within 2 weeks excluding holidays.

Packaging 

Our products will arrive in secure boxes, to ensure that your orders arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate case where your order arrives in a damaged state, please get in touch with us at customerservice@zeterehome.com so we can help.
