Refund policy
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new product, you have 3 days from the date when your order was delivered to exchange or return it.
Please contact one of our customer care representatives at customerservice@zeterehome.com to assist you with your return or exchange.
For products with security tags, please make sure all creations are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Products that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back without issuing a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalized or altered.
Exchange Procedure
Please request an Exchange Authorization within 3 days of receiving the order by emailing customerservice@zeterehome.com
The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We will not accept the exchange if the item is damaged. Please enclose any additional items (package box, promotional gifts). For products with security tags, make sure the security tag is left on. We only accept items with their original security tag.
A credit note will be issued if the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received.
Goods that are damaged or not in the original condition will not be accepted for exchange or credit note.
ZETERE reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you including the shipping fees.
Any promotional discount including free-shipping costs will be deductible from the final credit note.
